- Complete the Method’s Chair Relaxation Exercise as shown in class – taking on board the feedback from class
- Complete the relaxation journal for each of your daily 15-30 minute sessions
- Upload into your week 3 folder
- Go out in public and take 30 minute – 1 hour to observe people in an everyday setting where emotions aren’t too high. Observe their behaviour with the physical objects of attention they become focused on. Also note the emotional responses – however subtle – they have to these.
