Prep Work Week 2

  • Practice the relaxation exercise, as shown in class, everyday for 15 minutes (or longer if your prefer)
  • After each relaxation exercise, complete The Relaxation Journal
  • Take a picture of all SEVEN relaxation journals and add into the week 2 folder inside your personal Google Drive folder, which has been emailed.
  • Complete CLASS 3 of the success sheet before your next class after reflecting on class 2
