Week 1 – prep work

  • Read “The Importance of Relaxation” HERE
  • Complete your DAILY private practice of the relaxation exercise as shown in class for 15-30 minutes (you choose the time)
  • Complete The Relaxation Journal DAILY, after every practice of the relaxation exercise – online students, add into your week 1 Google Drive folder, in-person students add to the back of your folder in a separate compartment labelled “week one”
