Week 6 – prep work

  • 1. Daily relaxation private practice of between 15 and 30 minutes per day. Listen to your body to tune into what it needs
  • 2. Daily relaxation journal, to be completed directly after completing the private practice (whilst it’s fresh in mind)
  • 3. Read the full play
  • 4. Complete given circumstances for your character in your Actor’s Journal (please watch the video tutorial to help you do this)
