Week 7 – prep work

  • 1. Tune into your body before each daily private practice relaxation to ask how long it needs from you. Do the exercise for between 15 mins and 30 mins
  • 2. Complete the daily relaxation journal directly after the exercise and upload into a folder you’ll create called “week 7”
  • 3. Read the play in full once more
  • 4. Watch the video tutorials for the actors journal for pages 20/21/22/23
  • 5. Complete The Actors Journal (either digitally or by hand) – pages 20/21/22/23
  • 6. If you are completing The Actors Journal by hand, please upload into your week 7 folder, if this is completed digitally, simply save your actors journal with the updates on it (it doesn’t need to be in week 7)
