1. Tune into your body before each daily private practice relaxation to ask how long it needs from you. Do the exercise for between 15 mins and 30 mins
2. Complete the daily relaxation journal directly after the exercise and upload into a folder you’ll create called “week 7”
3. Read the play in full once more
4. Watch the video tutorials for the actors journal for pages 20/21/22/23
5. Complete The Actors Journal (either digitally or by hand) – pages 20/21/22/23
6. If you are completing The Actors Journal by hand, please upload into your week 7 folder, if this is completed digitally, simply save your actors journal with the updates on it (it doesn’t need to be in week 7)
